RPF Recruitment to be Conduct by SSC

During the 41st Raising Day of the RPF at Valsad in Gujarat, the Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said that the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Railway Protection Force Examination (RPF) annually for the recruitment of Sub Inspector (Exe.) and Constable (Exe.) in RPF/RPSF.

By handing over the recruitment process to the SSC, the government aims to ensure a fair and standardized examination system, similar to other central government recruitments. The minister emphasized that this decision will nelp streamiine procedures, reduce administrative delays, and maintain a merit-based selection process.
